I had a very pleasant experience with Josh, I recently had a power surge at my house and knocked out my computer. I took it into computer doctors the same as week as Christmas and josh and the boys were able to diagnose some of the components and tell me which ones were still working properly. I dropped it off at 4pm on Friday and got a call on 2 pm on Tuesday to pick it up. Josh and his team are very professional very straight forward and honest on their abilities. The rate was more than fair for the work. I was thoroughly impressed by the turn around time. Josh needs a raise.

I originally purchased my computer from Tim at Computer Doctors several years ago. Last week it totally crashed! I took it in and Manager, Chris Smith, and his staff fixed my computer and they worked with me to make sure all my programs and information were restored. I highly recommend them! Computer Doctors definitely has my business for repairs and when the time comes for a new computer!

They were able to help my computer in 10 minutes by hard resetting it even after nothing had worked previously. Had great customer service and were very insightful to what the problem was! Definitely recommend!

It came with a one-year warranty, but more importantly it came with a local business whose people will actually talk to you one-and-one and can be trusted with advice and repairs. I can't adequately capture the relief I feel to know that I can turn to Computer Doctors in general, and Chris in particular, whenever any problem arises. They really are doctors in the sense that you can turn to them as to a personal doctor instead of waiting in line at an impersonal emergency room. Thank you, Dr. Smith!
