Computer and Parts Direct came highly recommended by a neighbour and close friend of ours. Chris and Brian were so helpful and fixed both my computers quickly and at a great price. I love the fact that everywhere else I’ve been , they tell me I need to replace my computer and buy a new one. Brian told me just fix it because it’s a great computer. I am in the advisory business and I appreciate the honesty and advice as anything tech is not my area of expertise. I have recommended them to all of my friends and clients! Thank you both!

Amazing service from Brian. My laptop was not connecting to wifi after doing a system upgrade. He found a solution quickly, and suggested to upgrade to windows11 pro for just $99. He was quick and efficient and I got my laptop before end of day. Will highly recommend.

I took my laptop in because I kept getting this message that my windows 11 had expired. I clicked on the connection provided, but was unable to correct the problem. I even called a friend of mine who is my computer go-to guy, but even he couldn't help me out. Brian, at computer and parts direct spent considerable time on the issue and finally resolved it. I returned about a week later because my grand-daughter had issues with her I-phone12. Brian was able to steer us in the right direction, problem solved.
