Well I did not necessarily use their service I received help from Richard that saved me several hundred dollars going anywhere to diagnose my personal device. I am a Grand Canyon University student in my fourth year and ran into some issues on my laptop. If he was able to fix my it issues in less than 10 minutes I'm sure this company can easily fix yours. I am so pleased with how Andy with Compushooter helped me. I am new to the area and had no idea where to go, nor if I found a place to go, I didn't know how far it would take to get there. My computer had been hacked and I was going through brain drain. Andy was able to help me remotely. I was able to watch him do everything.
