Should be zero. Needed the hinge on my laptop fixed. Took over a month and in the mean time they broke my screen and tried to blame it on me. Guy at the desk could not explain his own quote/parts list to me and the total was over $400. Also, went to pick it up on a Monday at 3 PM and they were already closed and no one answered the phones after they left a message to come 8-5PM Monday to Friday. In the end, I got it back with the keyboard housing broken open (picture). Blatantly inept. Go anywhere else. Microphone and camera don't work. Update Now tell me that they broke my mic and camera. Also all the clips on the casing of the laptop but they blame me, said “they probably just didn’t notice it before”. Incredible... Update 2/15 Now won’t turn on at all

Feel like they could fix just about anything wrong with a computer or laptop. This is the place to go when apple won't fix your old products anymore. My Mac broke but I didn't want to drop $2k on a new one so I brought it hear and they had it done within the week.

I brought my laptop to fix an internal virus, when I got it back everything looked fine until I noticed later something was wrong with the keyboard. I had to bring it somewhere to fix and what a bad surprise when they saw what they had done! Those ***** broke some stuff inside the laptop ! I am angry because when you paid 200$ for a virus you don't expect to have another problem because of the people who are supposed to be professional! Don't go there you will loose money!

This is a great local shop and small business. I've been taking my equipment there whenever I needed them over the years. It's always great to support a locally owned business with great folks who work there!
