Coal Creek Ace Hardware

Love the addition to the Lafayette and Louisville area. This will save me so much time when I’d typically have to drive to Home Depot or Lowe’s by 36. The store is well stocked and clean. There were a lot of employees there to help if need be as well. Welcome Ace!!

I wanted a Weber natural gas grill, I first looked at the big box stores, while at home I saw a commercial on television for ACE hardware, I went online and found exactly what I was looking for. Placed my order, to my surprise, the store called me 2 days before the original delivery date that it was in and ready. The grill was delivered and put exactly where I wanted it. These guys are amazing! I will from this point forward shop at this ACE and not the big box stores. Their customer service is second to none!

I placed an order online for three products to be delivered to my home recently. Upon delivery only two of the three items were left. I contacted the local Ace Hardware to inquire about my third item as the online order showed as completed. The owner Linda not only made sure the third product was on my porch in two hours but also called me back to make sure I had received it. Great customer service! Thank you

Wow! Super duper staff esp Pam and an older gentleman who helped me measure my windshield to see if they had a sun shade that would fit and when there wasn't one in stock that i liked, gave me directions and suggested stores that might carry more! truly went above and beyond to help a new car owner and someone unfamiliar with the area get what they needed even when it wouldn't be a sale they showed courtesy and kindness. Store was very clean and well organized as well! Would definitely recommend!

I am a local General Contractor who frequents this Ace regularly when I need something in a pinch. Every employee greets me and makes sure to ask if I need any assistance, they are all outstanding. I want to make a special mention of Alex at the cash register. Not only does he ask about my day, but takes particular note in the project I am working on and remembers all the details.
