I had an old computer I inherited when a family member passed away. I needed all of the personal data off of the computer and then I wanted to 'wipe' the computer and surplus it. Rodrigo efficiently did the work, transferred the data (27 GIG) to my Google Cloud drive and took care of the hardware. Great customer experience! Professional, communicated often, efficient...only took a few days. Recommend! Rodrigo also speaks Spanish! Added bonus!

Rodrigo was incredible. I had issues with my printers and connecting with my laptops and phones in the house. Rodrigo came over to my house to do a house call, and he fixed the problem in less than an hour. He knows what he’s doing and he’s very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company or Click IT of Pleasant Grove.

Great service, customer service, and very reasonable prices. Most important they back the work they do. I was very happy with all aspects of my experience and will definitely return. What a great service within our community. It did indeed feel like my own local IT department.

I wanted to replace 3 iPad screens and a charging port. They quoted me and I decided it wasn’t worth fixing the screens so I decided to fix just the charging port. I needed it fixed by a certain day and they said they could do it. They called me the day I needed it and said they put the only not cracked screen on another iPad and because they couldn’t fix the charging port but they never called and asked if it was ok. One of the iPads cracked screen wasn’t that bad and that’s the one they put the good screen on but now if I want to try and fix my iPad somewhere else I would have to fix the cracked screen and the charging port. I told them I didn’t want them to do that and I wasn’t paying for it. So they put everything back the way it was but the screen that wasn’t that bad is now REALLY bad! If they would have communicated before they did anything I could have just told them never mind! Now I’m going to have to pay for the screen anyway because they ruined it! I took everything back and will not be returning!

I had a great experience with “Click It” in Pleasant Grove yesterday. They helped me get a new printer when my old one was not economically fixable. The owner not only search the internet for the best buy for me, but also ordered the new printer with no additional cost to me. When the new printer arrived within a couple of hours he set it all up for me and I was able to print out some very important documents to fill out. Seldom do you meet people that are so friendly and willing to help. I wholeheartedly recommend this company. Atle Tessem
