I have been using this company for over a decade (almost 2 decades). Best computer company that I have ever used. No lugging your computer to a store because they come to you and are so reasonable with their prices. Kevin is professional, patient and proficient. Explains everything in terms you understand. He works around your schedule which is great for us 9 to 5 people. Not only are the prices great but so is the service - I would never call Geek Squad or Nerds. In fact the one time that I did call those companies, they messed my whole computer up, I had to bring it to them, wait days on end to get it back and I paid much more money. Certified Computers of SI, Inc. is even cheaper than those guys. You don't need to buy a service contract when you have someone who fixes it right the first time. I've used Kevin for regular maintenance, software installations, viruses and multi screen computer set up. Anyone I have referred this company to, absolutely loved them!!!

I have to give this guy 5 stars. my laptop completely went down after water was spilt onto it. Geeksquad was charging a very high price just for a diagnostic and then even more for a "possible" fix. I decided to just remove the hard drive and transfer the files to a new laptop. I contacted Kevin who was extremely professional, polite and responsive. He charged a very fair price and quick turnaround. No, I am not a paid reviewer, im just a regular guy. I highly recommend Kevin and his business for your laptop/computer repair needs. Thanks man!

I knew what was wrong with my older HP laptop, but I didn't want to risk damaging the computer by trying to fix it myself, so I contacted Kevin. He gave me an estimate, picked up my computer, fixed it in less than a day, dropped it back off, and charged me exactly what he told me he would. The work was done well, and I was a very happy camper. I would highly recommend Kevin for your computer repair needs.

My laptop was slow for a long time and then it totally died. I called Kevin he picked it up. He a gentleman and explained the process to me. Kept me in the loop as he was fixing it. I got it back Last night and it’s like a brand new machine. I don’t ever recall it working so fast. Very fairly priced imo and I couldn’t be more satisfied. My experience with Kevin was by far the best computer servicing i’ve EVER HAD. This was the first time i’ve done business with Kevin and it exceeded my expectations, and I set a high bar as I set a high bar for my own performance working in Sales as well. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and was super friendly and down to earth. While servicing my Macbook not only did he speed up the process and get it done in under 24 hours, he also was able to fix the bottom lid with his skill set and not have to order a new part (saving me a lot of money). When it came down to pricing I was completely blown away at how fair his numbers were, as i had just had my computer serviced and upgraded the hard drive. When i asked Kevin how much it would cost to do this type of work (without telling him i had it done already) his prices were around $500 cheaper than what i paid!! This was an all around superb experience dealing with someone who is super professional, honest and full of integrity. I recommend anyone looking to do any work on their computer to give him a call.
