I had an urgent need for a laptop battery replacement. I walked into the shop with a new battery, I was attended by Sara who understood the urgency and replaced the battery. She tested it and handed it over to me in less than an hour. I am pleased with the service I received today, the service charge was reasonable. I was looking for a good shop in the locality for quite a while and finally found it close by.

Went in today to get my S23 Ultra phone screen replaced. Out of the numerous places I called this was by the least expensive. The customer service of the lady was incredible. Absolute sweetheart. She even went out of her way to pick up the needed part from Oshawa to have the phone fixed the same day. Highly recommend. Priced well and fast service.

Brought in my daughters cell to get both screens replaced (front & back), not only was the customer service excellent but also quick. The device is an older model, when we brought it home it was not holding charge and was not working properly. We had brought it back in and WOW, no questions asked Sara took the phone serviced it and was done in less then 2hrs. Amazing service, friendly staff & now I have a very happy teen with her phone back just like brand new!!!! Again, would recommend this place for any of your cell phone needs. We will be returning customers :)

It wasn’t until I drove to the Bowmanville store that I learned that location shut down. The man I spoke to on the phone was not apologetic whatsoever when I told him their website on Google is not up to date (considering I drove to the location that was listed on their website). By the time I arrived at the up and running store in Courtice, the woman installed an already cracked screen protector on my phone. I did not realize until I returned home and no, I did not drop my phone between leaving the store and arriving at my house. Very unsatisfied.
