I recently visited your store for a repair on my iPhone, and I was informed that a new part had been installed. However, when I returned after the two-hour wait, I was told that the new part could not be made to work and that my original part had been reinstalled. While I appreciate that there was no charge for this service, but is this normal missing a part inside. I know for fact my old part did not look like that.

2nd fantastic experience working with Zafriy and Santiago. Replaced my iPhone 11 Pro screen that was severely cracked and put a screen protector on it. It is in perfect working order again for half the price that the apple store was going to charge. They are friendly, helpful and fast. The location is very convenient - he was able to take care of it while I shopped nearby. He seemed very trustworthy and I know where I’ll bring all my phone issues from now on!

I brought my iPad Air to Cell Ville to fix its broken screen. It was fixed with no issues. They were upfront with their pricing. Cost me $265 without tax for the screen to be replaced. It would have cost me more to get a new iPad as my Apple care expired. I told the guy working there that he might’ve just taken my kidney! They offer other services like installing of glass screen protectors.

I paid $120 for a new screen, the next day it glitched and although no one could see a crack- the repair guy blamed it on my son dropping it and wouldn’t repair it. Ok. 2 weeks later the screen fell off. He still refused to make it right. I’ve repeatedly supported this business but no more :(

He repaired my iPhone 14 for only $60, and fast! His estimate had been $80-120. He could have charged me $120 and I would not have known the difference but he is honest.
