Cell Ville

I recently visited Cell Ville for an iPhone repair. They told me they installed a new part, but when I came back, they said the new part didn't work and they reinstalled my old part. While I appreciate that there was no charge, I'm concerned that a part is now missing inside my phone. I know for a fact my old part did not look like that.

This was my second fantastic experience working with Zafriy and Santiago. They replaced my severely cracked iPhone 11 Pro screen and put a screen protector on it. It is in perfect working order again for half the price that the Apple store was going to charge. They are friendly, helpful, and fast. The location is very convenient - he was able to take care of it while I shopped nearby. He seemed very trustworthy, and I know where I’ll bring all my phone issues from now on!

I brought my iPad Air to Cell Ville to fix its broken screen. It was fixed with no issues. They were upfront with their pricing. It cost me $265 without tax for the screen to be replaced. It would have cost me more to get a new iPad as my AppleCare expired. I told the guy working there that he might’ve just taken my kidney! They offer other services like installing glass screen protectors.

I paid $120 for a new screen; the next day, it glitched, and although no one could see a crack, the repair guy blamed it on my son dropping it and wouldn’t repair it. Ok. Two weeks later, the screen fell off. He still refused to make it right. I’ve repeatedly supported this business, but no more :(
