I had an excellent customer service experience with Caspicom Computer Service. Vasif was so prompt in delivering my computers to me. He installed a fan in one of my older computers and a new hard drive in another one. I am definitely recommending him to others.. Very convenient too because he will meet you at your home. Vasif is AMAZING!!! Our computer locked us out and we couldn’t get into it after several different tries. Vasif picked up the computer from my home, determined that the hard drive had been corrupted within a couple of hours. However, he was able to rescue all our files, place them onto a new hard drive and install it into our computer. He had the computer fixed and back to us the next morning all for a very reasonable price. Vasif was knowledgeable, very communicative, prompt and reasonably priced. I HIGHLY recommend him for any computer issues that arise and intend on contacting him for any future issues we may have.

Vasif is the computer services that I have been looking for years. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, with a very reasonable service fees. He fixed my computer crashed by virus, brought back the file that I thought was long gone, and installed virus to protect my computer. I can call him anytime when I need him or just ask questions. I paid for a variety of services including hard drive upgrade and fan repair. One of the services resulted in some issues with my laptop, but Vasif worked hard to fix it and didn’t charge anything extra. I will be using this company for all computer repairs going forward.
