What a great experience! From the moment I stepped through the door to every interaction (shout out to Bryce and Louie) I could not be more impressed by their professionalism, knowledge and kindness. I went in looking for a CarPlay stereo for my ‘05 LX and quickly got a recommendation to the right product and installation process. We are moving out of state and needed it done quickly, but unexpected timing had us pivot and we decided we couldn’t proceed with install. Not only was the team super understanding, they went above and beyond to help us out. We are so grateful for them and sad that we couldn’t follow through, as I am confident they would have done an excellent job!

They helped me install a new stereo system, and an interior detail to get rid of the dog smell in my car. Excellent service. They were patient, friendly, and presented me with the best options with honesty and transparency. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, which is rare in the sales and service industry today. My only gripe is the corporate website not being updated, to reflect the actual prices. I complained to corporate, but instead of addressing the issue, they just had the store manager call me, which made no sense, since stores do not maintain websites.

I’m annoyed that when I paid the deposit and scheduled my installation that Car Toys neglected to put it on their calendar resulting in what should have been a 5 hour install taking nearly 12. Something that apparently “happens all the time.” Better ask if they’re SURE you’re on their calendar so when you show up they’re not like…uhhh. That said, Kyle did a great job and was friendly and helpful even though he too was staying late having to do multiple cars at once. System sounds 100 times better than it did.

Such a dishonest store, I was quoted $600 dollars for a radio install over the phone, came in to have it checked out, and suddenly the install estimate was up to $750. I called around the area and most other shops estimated the install at under $400. They kept giving bogus explanations for their reasons and wouldn’t give me a straight answer about anything I asked. I will never be back here and I will advise everyone I know to avoid this store.

I've been going to these guys and girls every month for the last year and a half. Its embarrassing to have a breathalyzer in my car. But they have never made me feel bad for it. I have a wonderful experience every single time. The employees are SO kind and helpful. I appreciate their kindness. I highly recommend this spot! Kudos to whoever's is hiring employees, easiest 5 star I've ever made.
