The Whitby Canada Computers location is somewhat small and well stocked with goods. With what seems to be lots of security measures in place as well. There are a variety of items. From computer related goods such as PCs, keyboards, monitors, laptops, mouses, and headphones. To printers and kitchen appliances. To TVs. And some toys and Funko Pops. We came here to pickup my online order. They were kind of busy, but they were fast at getting through the customers and helping them. The employee finally got to us and got me my order. He also was able to answer our question. Our question was about what should we do if we wanted to cancel our other online order for another location. He told us to call in to get it cancelled at that location. He was very helpful. The pickup was smooth. I showed the confirmation text that the order was processed to him. He brought the item over. I showed him my 2 pieces of ID. He confirmed my ID. And then I got my HDD. The service was good. Speedy, helpful, smooth. We normally go to the Ajax location, but came here for the PC part deal.

Toby at the service desk was amazing. If fixed my first issue while I waited and when I needed a different type of power source he walked me to it instead giving me generalized instructions of where to go and what to look for. On my second visit my battery had stopped charging. Another associate (sorry I do not remember his name but he was also very helpul) walked me through the cost and the timeline for getting my notepad fixed. Toby returned while we were talking and I mentioned it may be time to get a new one but that I liked the size and weight of the one I currently have. Toby told me about one that fit the same size and weight, saying just keep it in mind for when this one finally goes. When I decided to buy it Toby was apologetic worrying that he may have talked me into it (which he hadn't, I had been looking for a while). He then double-checked it because it was refurbished and assured me that they had had no problems with refurbished notebooks from this company. The final price with additional warranty was $200 less than what I had been looking at in other stores. Overall, I am very impressed with the tech support and the very cheerful, friendly style they use with their customers.

Big shout out to Chris and store Manager Mike!! Amazing customer service by both of these gentlemen. Everyone in the store was very nice and eager to help. After a bad experience elsewhere I was reluctant to go, but after going to the Whitby location and meeting every one it was a great decision. This is Mike and he was truly an amazing help with the whole picking process and building process. Helping pick out a monitor and peripherals. Chris was on the ball right away and kept me up to date the whole time. I cannot recommend them enough. Very very happy with my purchase and I will be back and will recommend others to go.

I went in for something specific but after talking to Toby and Mike, I realized it was going to be much more efficient to get a new computer! Mike was a gem and spent so much time making sure the custom build would fit my needs. He answered my questions with clarity and kindness and built it for me the next day. Everyone at this location was incredibly kind and had no problem answering all of my questions so I knew exactly what I was getting. I’m super happy with my experience and I’d definitely recommend them, especially to folks who don’t know computers super well. Thanks Mike! I really love my new build!

bought a headset, priced matched it with official hyperx website, they matched it and beat it. why 1 star? bullsh1t all of a sudden rule that all priced matched items are final no return policy. ive been dealing with canada computers since they replaced tiger direct and this is the first price matching policy i ever dealt with.
