I called the store and spoke with Justin, who advised me to come in on the date in question. When I arrived, I was greeted by Dan, who was beyond fantastic. He was an excellent communicator, took the time to look at my computer, explained everything clearly, and had it all set up within 10 minutes. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and I walked out with my issue completely resolved. The customer service was amazing—Dan was super patient with me. The store was also very clean, and I had no issues with parking.

No customer service, terrible staff. Broken speakers right out of the box, refuse to exchange or return. Stuck with the defective product they sold me the day before. If you can't return or exchange, why bother having a store front.

I was in need of a replacement hard drive for my nas. When an expected drive turned out not to be available, the store found one nearby. I then used the opportunity to teach my son how to swap drives. Win win for every one!

So for 30 years I have been managing brick and mortar locations. Specifically in construction supplies. Customer service is worth paying for. That is what I got here. My 14 year old unit finally kissed us good bye. Originally, my wife and I. She is the producer for a 30 year research team. Edits videos/content well before tik tok. No matter. We went to Best Buy, little easier on the pocket book. Needed a high graphic computer with good memory and processing ability. Could not find it there, nor the fact that after 40 mins... Not a sole even acknowledged us. Within a few minutes of browsing the store Matthew greeted us. The amount of knowledge this kid has is outstanding. Frankly he could have sold me a plastic box I would have bought it. Really he took all of our concerns and broke it down and made suggestions. Within less than 15 minutes, sold done and out. $2200 well spent. When I am hiring again. I will look this kid up. (sorry middle aged so he's a kid to me) Complete respect he blew me away with his sales acumen and knowledge. I have always had my computer serviced with CC now I will buy the rest of my equipment there too.

I don't normally write reviews, but I really applicated Joshua answering so many questions I have about various GPU's CPU's, upgrade paths, and ultimately building a white PC for my wife before Christmas. I really did pick his brain about a lot of variables (I hope I wasn't too annoying), I have never built a computer before. I wasn't planning on even making a purchase when I walked in, but I walked out with a white 4060ti & Aorus Elite mother board because I felt I was getting a fair price & felt confident making a purchase right then and there. Ill be back on black Friday to complete my build. While I never built a PC before, I do know a fair bit about computers and I know BS when I hear it, and Joshua knew his sh#t. While discussing Spec's and comparisons of other cards, Joshua mentioned that he is currently rocking a 3060. Canada Computers should address that issue, because he deserves a stronger card.
