Jose is a life saver! I work from home and a functioning computer is very important to my lively hood. My computer went down and I was researching computer repair shops. I came upon Cadiks and was very impressed with the reviews. I called Jose and he said to bring in my desk top and he’ll diagnose it for free. I brought in my computer and I was up and running that afternoon. Jose is highly experienced and has top notch customer service skills. I’m so glad I found Cadiks. If I have anymore issues I know where to go! One more thing , Jose has the most reasonable rates in town and he takes the time to explain computer stuff for us laymen. I highly recommend Cadiks!! Jose , a co-owner of Cadiks, was patient and convivial. The service they provided was what I requested and then some! I needed a fan replaced in my PC. Jose provided same and "cleaned" up a bunch of programs and apps, most of which I had never heard of, that were slowing down my processor. Truly nice people and thorough professions. Pricing was awesome.

Jose is a professional business man, personable with the clients, and makes you feel safe and comfortable. He knows his craft. I recommend anyone in the greater Phoenix area with computer issues to go to Cadiks. He saved an 1800 dollar laptop for me, so he's 'The Man' in my book.

Great place to get anything done from technical support to hardware upgrades. Carlos is the man, he explains exactly what you will need to get done, no strings attached. This is my go-to place when either upgrading my PC or getting it ready to sell. Dont hesitate!
