Brakes Plus

Just left Brakes plus and I couldn't be more happy about my experience. My appointment was set for 4pm. Arnold promptly helped me. All I needed was a headlight replaced. While the service was simple, he could have easily pushed me aside for a more valuable client. Arnold was fast and focused. He changed my light and got me back on the road by 4:17! When the time comes. I know who to call and will be asking for Arnold again.

Joe and the team at Brakes Plus are fantastic. For the past 14 years I've taken all of my vehicles to them for service on even the trickiest issues, and they always do it right. Professionalism and integrity is outstanding. Thanks for the great service!

I had recently had to replace my battery/alternator with Brakes Plus. Six months later my battery was dead and I had to go to an advanced auto parts to get a new one. The next day, I went to brakes plus and Joe reimbursed me for the battery. Joe and his team tested both my battery and alternator. Joe and his team were quick to explain things to me throughout the entire process. Going to these kinds of places can be stressful for many girls/women. A lot of places try to take advantage of us due to the assumption that women lack knowledge with cars. That was not the case at this Brakes Plus. Joe and his team were incredibly respectful and explained everything to me in a way that did not belittle me or my knowledge on vehicles. This team/location is amazing and I’m so thankful for my experience here.

This was my first time coming to Brakes Plus. Great experience and friendly staff. They get you in and out and have reasonable prices. I will definitely be back! Thanks guys!

Joe at Brakes Plus was great!! I had a tail light out and was about to go on a road trip the next day. He was super friendly and professional, and was able to get me in right away. I will definitely be back for future work I need done!
