Excellent service. I took my car here to get a second opinionn and comparison on pricing. Their prices were better than the other place and they fixed my car in a day. They explained everything to me, and I felt like the guy was honest and really wanted to help. Very friendly and professional. I found my new auto repair shop!

RIP OFF! Checked online price for wheel alignment $88 was the online price. However after work was completed the charge came to $110. Asked why was told you needed a special coupon that wasnt available at that time. RIP OFF!!

If you like getting scammed, go ahead and go here. I had just replaced my rotors and brake pads in March. I did them myself, and had my mechanic, inspect them to make sure I did them properly. However, my front brakes were grinding, eventually, so I went to Brakes Plus because I didn't have time to do them myself. They told me that four of my rotors were shot. I said that's fine. Just machine my front rotors and throws some front brake pads on. I knew they weren't shot. My back pads still had some time before they needed replaced. So that's why I'm still confused how they can tell me that my rotors were shot, there was nothing to be ruining them it was only my front driver's side that was grinding. The only thing that got correct was that my brake pads were worn and my front control arms were shot. I'm just really upset that they replaced the rotors in the front after I told them, I just wanted brake pads and confirmed that it was supposed to be just brake pads. I will never be going here again. I lost money. I had warranty on those front rotors. Now it's void because they are lost in the abyss. It irritates me even more that my front rotors don't match my back rotors, and it's very noticeable to me. I maybe a female but I am one that knows a lot about cars. They have forever lost my business, and anyone I know, will know, what they did to me.

Josh was efficient and informative while my car was getting serviced. I don't know how brakes work entirely but thanks to him I learned more on the subject. Also super happy that I was able to get same day service and done in a timely manner

Awesome service. Good people. Took my car in because I had a very loud grinding noise. Turned out to be an easy quick fix they didn’t charge me for. If I ever need work done, they will be my first choice.
