I have 38 years of experience with computers -- CPM, PC, Android, and 34 years straight with Macs -- and recently experienced an unrecoverable error when updating the operating system on my MacBook Pro. I tried everything in my "tool bag" including formatting and installing a new hard drive but I couldn't get it to boot. The technicians at Boulder Mac Repair worked their repair magic and got my laptop going again. The charge for the repair was $30 less than the initial estimate. I'm a happy camper: Highly recommended!

Exceptional service and communication. Brought my 2017 MacBook Pro in for a diagnostic check. They assessed that the hard drive was on the way out and needed to be replaced. They advised that I replace the hard drive with a larger one. The work was performed and the data was all transferred over to the new drive. Very happy.

Got my screen replaced a couple weeks ago and it was very quick and not too expensive. My phone completely stopped working last night and I brought it in this morning and the guy fixed it in 20 minutes and it was even covered under my warranty.
