The greatest and best of Prius repair places. Very knowledgeable, reasonably priced. They offered to install an anti-theft shield for my catalytic converter in 2020. In 2024 someone cut the catalytic converter off of my car... but couldn't get it out of the shield! A little weld job got me back on the road at a fraction of the price and hassle of a new catalytic converter. Thanks for saving me, Boulder Hybrids!

Boulder Hybrids is my favorite auto repair shop I've ever used! The mechanics and receptionists are warm, patient, honest and knowledgeable, and they seem to know all the quirks unique to a given make, model and year. They are transparent about what service your car needs and only recommend what actually needs to be done. For example, when another shop told us we needed a new hybrid battery for our Highlander, Boulder Hybrids said, "there's no need to replace it until it's no longer giving you the performance you want, and we've had a lot of these Highlander batteries go 300,000 miles!" On another visit they diagnosed and fixed a leaking tail light seal without even charging for it, despite having spent a fair bit of time figuring out what the problem was. They truly go above and beyond what I've experienced at any other shop. I also appreciate that there are women mechanics on the staff, which I've rarely encountered at other shops. One final thing I find noteworthy is how they treat their staff - they really seem to prioritize their health, safety and wellbeing. One snowy afternoon when I dopped off my car I overheard the staff talking about how they should make sure so-and-so could get going early so they'd have time to pick up their kid before the snow got too heavy, or something along those lines. They were so caring and conscientious with each other, which is very much the kind of business culture I want to support!

This place is great! Top notch mechanics and an amazing owner with tons of knowledge. They will take great care of your hybrid at a reasonable price. They've helped maintain my 2007 Prius and it runs like new. I highly recommend!

These guys are extremely thorough and affordable. They replaced the main battery on my Prius, lots of oil changes, new tires, etc. Highly recommend!

Great service, excellent prices, and superior expertise. Again, they were able to identify a issue with my hybrid battery and fix it for $750 rather than $5500 quoted elsewhere. Fair, reasonable and amazing people!
