Owner Andy and his crew have been beyond helpful to me as I stumbled and fumbled my way into cycling this year. From showing me bikes and giving me honest opinions about what I actually need (never trying to upsell me), to showing me apps trails and routes, and finally just checking in on me and my cycling progress when I pop in from time to time. I’ve now bought two bikes from the Peddler, and I imagine I’ll be buying many more as time goes on. This is old school customer service, the kind that can’t be found in any chain or big box store anymore.

Best bike shop around. I rode 4-5 bikes before I found the one I really wanted. I got a really good bike for a great price. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable, they ask questions and listen to you and then find the right bike instead of just trying to sell you the latest greatest most expensive one. I will definitely go back for any of my bike needs!

Worth the drive if you are considering a bike! Drew was knowledgeable and helpful, sharing bikes that fit my use case. I did not end up with a Salsa but look forward to returning for gear and shop support!
