Best Buy Outlet - Aurora

I purchased an open box dishwasher in very good condition that was guaranteed by Best Buy to have all necessary components. I drove a decent distance to pick it up, but when I got home it was missing several key parts for install and function. Most notably the power cord. Called to see if I could just get the cord sent to me. Best Buy has such bad customer service when it comes to this. I could not just talk to the store I bought the thing from. I was told I would have to drive all the way back to return the unit and try to get another one. How unbelievably inefficient. I would not recommend buying appliances from Best Buy at all.

Stan was lovely. He helped me check out a couple Roomba’s and got them loaded on a cart and brought out to my car for me. I had hit something on the highway on my way there and popped a tire, so I was riding on my donut tire. I mentioned this in passing and he even recommended a tire store to me nearby since I live much more up north and wasn’t familiar with the area. Thanks Stan for all your help and kindness!

Purchased washer and dryer from Best Buy Aurora outlet. The appliances were open box and the washer was in excellent condition. But on the delivery day they called me and said the washer is damaged. They cancelled my delivery and issued a refund. This seems to be scam running. They charged me for these damaged products and asked me to wait for 5 days for delivery. And on delivery day they are cancelling it and issuing refund. The refund is not immediate and I have to wait for the refund for few more days. Best Buy should stick to the delivery date and deliver the products as per the receipt.

Easy shopping. Got a great price on washer/dryer set combo and we had assistance loading onto our truck. Will be back!
