Was on a mission to see if they have records of a receipt for a purchase I made at that store several years ago,…. Well I was pleasantly surprised they were very helpful and could look everything up! Keep your receipts people even if a few years old and no longer have a warranty you might need them! This store is the best bye far the employees always take time to answer questions and even let me know if I wanted to wait for geek squad I could but it was going to be a while saved me so much time! Thank you Best Buy

Try to avoid buying anything here I've had the worst experience possible I purchased a very particular pricey item I requested help with it when a couple months down the road it went bad and stopped working it has a warranty on it but I can't get anybody to help me at Best Buy they basically said it's not their problem BUYER BEWARE!!! SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE because after a few months when it goes bad they won't help you they don't care

We waited 30 minutes in the computers for help, my husband signed in to have someone help us. After 30 minutes I went up to customer service and stated we have been waiting for an employee for help. They said they would send somebody right away. After 15 more minutes, we left. We were trying to buy a gaming laptop, and had just a few questions, planned on buying one and walking out with it. We have shopped Best Buy for years, but this (Greeley)store has lost us as customers. There was three employees up front that were just talking with each other, goofing around, not one person came over to the computers. I saw other customers wanting to talk to an employee and they gave up and left to. Do BETTER Best Buy. You are losing paying customers.

Top tier incredibly knowledgeable staff that have been there for years! Hardcore electronics enthusiasts, that are are pro level builders and gamers, and know every product extremely well. Even know about products not in their department. Stellar store!!!

March '24, returned an Epson printer today. Wanted to buy a Canon printer. None on the shelf for me to take and no one available to help. Looked on Amazon and had the printer I wanted, $10 cheaper with free same delivery. Done deal. Maybe big box store's would be better focusing on customer service. Went back to store today 8/21/24 to buy an external hard drive. Was told by guy at front of store with brown fingernail polish on every finger, they can't sell me one because I wanted to hook it to my Samsung TV for pictures and family movies, and it would violate copyright laws. Got online, while in the store, and watched a video exactly how to do it. Went to buy a 10 TB hard drive and their shelves were bare. What has happened to their inventory levels? Like usual, go to Best Buy then while in the store order what I needed and wanted from Amazon, with overnight shipping, while standing in the store. Sad what has happened to this business.
