My husband, our adult nephew, and I stopped in at Best Buy last Sunday. We were greeted by very nice people at the door as we came in. I asked for dash cams and the young woman showed us where we would find them. After looking them over and realizing we needed someone to give us a little education, I went back up front and asked for help. The young man was very kind and said he'd send someone over. When the 'expert' arrived, I said I wanted a dash cam for my truck but we needed to learn more about them. He did give us quite a bit of information but all three of us noticed and discussed it after we left that he spent the entire time making eye contact and speaking directly to my husband and nephew. I have seen this so many times throughout my life. I don't complain to managers or owners. I just find someplace else to spend my money.
Always a great time to take the little one and go play. We always go in the middle of the day on a weekday, so it's usually fairly empty, so we can go at whatever pace we want. Friendly staff.
The management of this store is a joke. Awful customer service and they could care less about their customers or backing the products they sell. Best Buy should get rid of the current management team and find employees who actually care about their business. Stay away from this store.
Just had the best experience ever here! Shane was so helpful, extremely kind and personable. His knowledge of the product was amazing, and he took his time to ensure the best possible experience for us. We will definitely be back to see him and also greatly appreciate knowing we have an excellent source of support at Best Buy!! Thank you Shane!! 100/10!
Our family has bought in every single major appliance in the last 2 years from this store, and one of our appliances broke 1 month passed the warranty. The store refuses to do any sort of credit towards the 300 plus dollars I have to spend to fix the 13 month old appliance. WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN. They don't stand up for their products. They default to the warranties by the appliance manufacturers. And they don't stand up for what they sell.
