I visited this Best Buy yesterday during the Boxing Day sale to shop for my new home. I went early in the morning to avoid crowds and queues. I planned to buy several items, including a Pixel 9 phone with my current telecom provider. The experience started well. I didn’t have to wait long in the mobile section, and after 5-10 minutes, a representative helped me with the phone purchase. As I leased a Google phone during last year’s Boxing Day sale and got a great offer on Pixel Buds, I asked if there were any similar deals this year for Pixel Buds Pro or Pixel Watch. The representative informed me that no such offers were available for lease and finance. I accepted this and completed the phone lease transaction. While browsing the store for other items, I noticed a display beside the Pixel Buds Pro 2 stating there was indeed a $150 offer on the Pixel Buds if purchased with a Pixel phone(with any kind of transaction-lease, finance, unlocked). Surprised, I approached the store lead, Lindsay, to clarify. She checked with the representative who had assisted me, and to my disappointment, he outright lied, claiming I never asked about the offer. Instead, he falsely stated that I only inquired about gift card values with the phone. This was unacceptable and disappointing. If he had admitted to forgetting about the offer or not being aware of it, I would have understood—it was early in the morning, after all. But lying to cover up the mistake was unprofessional and eroded my trust. Lindsay deserves credit for immediately resolving the issue and arranging a new transaction so I could buy the Pixel Buds at the offer price. However, the incident left a bad taste. After this, I looked around the store for a while, intending to shop for other items, but I couldn’t shake the sense of mistrust. Ultimately, I decided not to buy anything else from this location and left with just the phone and Pixel Buds. I ended up purchasing the remaining items from another appliance store and online after returning home. That said, I still have a good impression of Best Buy as a brand and have had positive experiences at other locations. However, this incident has made me hesitant about returning to this specific store. Next time, I’ll likely drive a few extra miles to visit another Best Buy where I feel more valued and respected. I hope the management addresses such issues to ensure customers continue to trust the brand.

My husband and I went into Best Buy last night to look at cell phones. Austin was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was professional, personable, helpful and very friendly. We're not tech savvy and he made us feel comfortable with no judgement. Best Buy needs more Austin's! Thank you Austin!

Purchased a PS5 & three controllers and was upsold on the extended warranty to cover controllers if defective. Exchanged once but manager allowed for a different colour. Now that controller no longer functions and store won’t do an exchange without receipt from the previous exchange that was never done correctly or provided to me. After spending weeks head office is unable to contact their own store to speak with the manager. Do better Best Buy!

I don't usually ever post reviews but had to post a quick note of thanks and praise. I had a problem with a "ship to store" order. I was upset as the item was a gift and all the staff I spoke with about the issue were very sympathetic and understanding. They went out of their way to make the right thing happen. Wonderful customer service. Thanks so much Tara and Roya. I won't hesitate to shop at this location in the future.
