Customer Reviews
This is like a mega best buy. They have so many things on display and great customer service. There is a geek squad on site here at this location. A ton of staff members to assist you with anything you need.
These people are awesome. I arrived 3 minutes before closing on New Years Eve to do an exchange (I had a flight and needed to return asap), and they were so nice and understanding. I didn't feel like I had upset anyone by showing up so late, and they helped in every way they could. I wish I could remember their names because they deserve a raise for exceptional customer service. Great job Best Buy for hiring exceptional employees.
It used to always be a pleasure shopping at Best Buy. Unfortunately, customer service is no longer a focus there. They have removed individual register stands for a longer line and a counter check-out. We were there a few days before Christmas, and they had TWO registers open, yet over 10 employees doing a lot of moving, but seemingly accomplishing very little. Some were more focused on what appeared to be administrative tasks whether than customer service. The check-out took 20 minutes, and their recommended solution for those waiting was to download their app on our phones and checkout using it. If I was going to do that, I would just ordered from Amazon as their prices are usually lower. Other customers stated they tried, but the concrete and metal building gave them no signal. Best Buy needs to focus on the "shoppers' experience", or they will unfortunately be history. This advice goes for all brick and mortar retail stores.
The Best Buy in Kennesaw is a top-notch electronics store that never disappoints. The store is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to find what you’re looking for. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or tech issues. I recently bought a new laptop, and the sales associate provided excellent advice and guided me to the best option for my needs. The Geek Squad is also fantastic for tech support and installations. Overall, it’s a great place for all your electronics and appliance needs, with a wide selection and great customer service.
Customer Service? Never heard of it. Best Buy used to have what I would consider slightly above average customer service, but what I experienced tonight was purely embarrassing. Three registers open with three associates, and probably 4 other employees just “roaming” around behind the cash wrap. I didn’t see anyone pulling orders, doing go-backs, or cleaning for the night so I was a bit confused why there were a solid 12 people waiting in line and each register still occupied for longer than what a normal transaction should take. The middle associate spent probably 15 minutes trying to do a return and kept pulling the other associate away from his customer to help……they never figured it out. Why would they call a manager though, crazy thought. I finally get to my lane where the guy says, “hey how are you and do you have a phone number” to which I replied no, I’m well and asked him the same. He never made eye contact with me once and just went straight to looking at his personal phone. Never heard another word from him during the transaction. I walk out and get stopped to have my receipt checked. I say to the door associate, “customer service is pretty shabby tonight”. His immediate response/excuse was that they are understaffed and the cashiers get overburdened all day. Sorry, but I managed in retail for a decade and understaffed does not mean grounds for giving zero percent to the people spending money. If you can’t take the heat, stay out of the kitchen. To me, that says “we don’t care and we aren’t going to try”, and to say that boldly to a customer is pretty wild. Seeya Best Buy!
