Best Buy

Had a not so good experience with a sales associate Stuart. I needed help with getting a new gaming laptop and found one I liked. They didn’t have it in stock and he asked to ship it to my home. I don’t have the most trustworthy place to ship items to so I asked if I could pick it up in store. Very curtly he said that’s I couldn’t pick it up from their store. I asked if it could be shipped to a different Best Buy. He said he couldnt ship my items to a different store. I simply meant if they could order the item from a different store to pick up, not to ship it in my name to a different store. The conversation basically ended there and he told me to go to the front for more help. There was another guy being more helpful than him though I wish I remembered his name.

Going to Best buy, in person, felt weird. Who is STILL shopping there?!!! Me?!?! I guess. I ended up ordering what I needed from Amazon on the way out. The guy who worked there was confused. We were all confused. Love ya Best Buy.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience I recently visited a Best Buy location in Denver Area with the intention of purchasing a power bank. I had identified the specific model online, and the store's website indicated it was in stock. Upon arrival, I approached a customer service representative for assistance in locating the item. Unfortunately, the representative directed me to a different product, insisting it was the correct one despite my attempts to explain the discrepancy. I even presented the representative with a picture of the correct item and its part number, but they continued to insist on the incorrect product. This experience was incredibly frustrating and ultimately led to me leaving the store without making a purchase. I expected a higher level of service from such a large and well-known electronics retailer.

I went in for 1 and came out with 2 tvs . The sales people were so friendly ,knowledgeable and friendly. Every one I talked to was cheerful and patiently waiting to be of service.wow! Best buy =a great buy. ( Yes you can repeat that! ).

Sadly my iPad screen cracked so I had to take it in for Apple warranty repair. Sky was absolutely amazing!!! Both times I wasn’t able to get there literally until 30 minutes before closing and he was able to get my iPad checked in and able to give it back in that timeframe! Not only that he’s just cool in general talking about crazy things you would never even think you see on the job!! Thanks again!!!
