I had a bad experience with a sales associate named Stuart. I wanted to buy a gaming laptop that was out of stock. He wouldn't ship it to another Best Buy for in-store pickup, even though I didn't want it shipped to my home. He just told me to go to the front for more help. Another guy was more helpful, though.
Going to Best Buy felt weird. I ended up ordering what I needed from Amazon on the way out. The guy who worked there was confused. We were all confused. Love ya, Best Buy.
