I don’t appreciate when stores send security guards to shadow you. Edit: I'm not going to connect with a member of your team. If you really thought it was "important to feel comfortable and welcome when shopping with us" you wouldn't have sent a security guard to follow me. I hope you don't continue to treat customers like this, and if you do I hope they let the public know too.
Went to this store today to see if I could return or exchange a phone cover that was ordered in-store (in October) and recommended as "heavy duty". As I am just past the member 60 day return period, I was told that there is nothing that can be done.... This does not leave me with warm fuzzies after spending $1400 on a phone and another $79 on a recommended cover that fell apart in my hands.
They lie about the waiting times, at the time of purchase they give you a date but in reality it is more days. You arrive to pick up your things and you have to wait now the assembly time 1 or 2 if not you have 3 to 5 days but maybe it takes longer and if not the solution is to take the parts and assemble them at home is an option but the value for the assembly has already been paid but there is no refund of that payment 😡😡🤬🤬😡😡
I had to pick up a gift my sister had ordered for my son. On Christmas Eve, I pulled up and asked if I could do curbside pickup. EMMA changed my order to curbside so I didn't even need to go inside to get it. She was courteous and prompt! Tysm Emma!
Horrible customer care, I came in 01/13/25 to use a gift card towards a purchase I made that was in holiday return policy range, and was told that It would be very easy and I wouldn’t even need the iPad with me, well I got there and sure enough the iPad was needed to I came back the next day to return it and the manager “Shae” told me it’s no longer returnable and that it doesn’t fall into the return policy, when 2 of her employees told me it did. I don’t want to shop here anymore and wil cancel my membership and credit card. The worst part of all this is I wasn’t even returning the item just simply putting a gift card towards it. You let me down team Best Buy
