Excellent Service and Super Fast Process! I recently purchased a new phone from Best Buy, and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions, gave me great advice on which phone would best suit my needs, and made sure I felt confident about my choice. What impressed me most was how fast and smooth the entire transaction was. From selecting the phone to setting it up, everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I was in and out with my new phone in no time! If you're looking for a hassle-free shopping experience with excellent customer service, I highly recommend Best Buy. Lily was amazing, she was very attentive. She saw me walking in and asked me how I was doing and if I needed any help... I did. She helped me to the location of the item I was looking for. Also answered all my questions about the product. She even checked me out. Great full service location. Lily truly knows her stuff!
my experience with Best Buy was very pleasant. Customer service was very excellent and representative greeted me immediately on the floor to help me select the item regarding a thumb drive. I need for my phone squad immediately step into assist me with how to use the thumb drive and resetting up my Best Buy membership for total tech-support. I love shopping Best Buy always pleasant experiences. This was the Mississippi and I 225 location of Aurora Colorado.
I took my dash cam in to get installed. Afterwards, I noticed one of the settings wasn't working. Russell C. said everything was connected appropriately. I received further guidance about installation from the manufacturer and took the instructions in. Russell didn't even look at them and was adamant that he installed the dash cam correctly, even though it's not working. Don't go to Best Buy's mobile installation department. Do not trust them with your installation. The service and support is lacking.
I placed an online order to pick up at store, Best Buy advertises pick up in one hour. It’s been 4 hours and still not ready. I went to the store personally and was told NOT ready yet come back in 4 hours. They tell you they are super busy when they are really not. I couldn’t help but notice a few workers bored on their phones. Bad costumer service here.
