Best Buy

Falsely advertised a television, ordered online only to come in to find that out. Less than helpful resolving the issue. Won't be returning to this Best Buy again. Update: I reached out via social media per the response and the folks with Best Buy corporate were incredibly helpful, they understood the issue and made it right. I'm leaving the one star review for this location though because the "manager" I spoke with did nothing to help in the situation and actually gave me false information based on what the corporate team told me.

Bought a headset from here 12/28/24 @ 7pm. Everything in the store was great except the guy at the checkout counter. The guy pretty much would not take no for an answer in regards to signing up for membership, warranty, Best Buy credit card, etc. Pretty sure you don’t get a commission if I pay an extra $20 for warranty buddy. Pretty rude considering I said no about 6 different times. Learn how to take no for an answer

We drove quite a distance to check our an item that was only in this store. We were greeted by a friendly young man at the door, and many other employees on the floor were always willing to assist. A big shout out to the GM who made this experience fantastic. I know we took up some valuable time, and he did not waiver from providing the ultimate customer service.

I recently visited this Best Buy to buy a laptop, and I cannot thank Stephen enough for going above and beyond to help us. We had driven 30 minutes specifically to pick up a laptop that we needed by the end of the day. Unfortunately, the store’s systems were down when we arrived, and we were advised to bring cash. We quickly went to an ATM, and Stephen, the associate we spoke to, was aware of the urgency. When we returned, there was a sudden emergency, and the store was preparing to close within minutes. To our surprise, Stephen had already anticipated our needs—he had the laptop ready and was waiting for us at the front. His quick thinking and commitment made all the difference; without him, we wouldn’t have been able to get the laptop that day. It’s rare to find someone as dedicated and thoughtful as Stephen. It’s experiences like this that make me prefer in-person shopping over online. Stephen truly turned a stressful situation into a seamless experience, and I’m extremely grateful for his exceptional service!

I went to this Best Buy to get an Acer computer monitor. I had researched it and found the lowest price at Best Buy, and this store had them in stock. Being an old lady, I'm never quite sure what to expect at any store, but I was very happy with this shopping experience. When I entered the store, the greeter politely asked me if I needed help finding anything. I told him what I was looking for and he told me how to get there. Then he asked if I would need help and I said Yes. He said it might be a few minutes, and paged for help in that area. When I got to the monitor area, the associate was waiting on another customer, but he immediately acknowledged me. As soon as he finished, he came and helped me. He was very knowledgeable and kind, and answered all my questions so I could understand. And he carried my purchases out to my car. Excellent service! I'm so glad I went there. However, I'm very sorry I didn't get his name. Anyway, they're now on my "Good Stores to go to" list! Thank you, Best Buy!
