Best Buy

Came in for a new receiver, and ultimately purchased a whole new audio system complete with a Marantz receiver and KEF speakers. Wes (great young store manager) and crew were great answering all the questions and provided additional input that was valuable. Installation was great.

25 minutes for a curbside pickup when I'm the only one waiting is just absurd. There's a single reason to shop at Best Buy now. Getting something immediately. Speed is the sole thing Best Buy even has a chance to compete on. You can get anything they sell cheaper and with a normal return policy from elsewhere. Most of it even delivered the same day. So failing on something as basic as just bringing me what I ordered tells me Best Buy isn't interested in my business. It's been 18 months since my last Best Buy purchase. Maybe they become competent in another 18.

I went in with intentions to buy a Sonos arc for my home theater, ended up walking out with the arc, sub, and 2 era 100’s. If you want to be truly educated of the visual/audio product, ask for Randall. Great guy with tons of experience and knowledge. Thanks Randall! I’ll be back for the G4 shortly

Kalif provided the best customer service today at Best Buy! He was very helpful informative and provided so much insight for me and my wife as we are upgrading our home office!! He didn’t rush us or pressure us into a buy. But educated us on the best products for our needs!! A++ All the way around!
