I had an excellent experience at Best Buy! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They helped me find exactly what I needed and explained the products well. The store was clean and organized, and everything was seamless. I'll definitely be back!

I'm extremely disappointed with Best Buy's delivery service. I ordered a TV on December 13th for delivery on the 19th. It never arrived. I called, and they rescheduled for the 20th. Still nothing. I went to the store, and they rescheduled for the 24th. Again, no TV. Finally, they rescheduled for January 3rd, and it still didn't arrive. This is unacceptable. I wasted my time and my holiday plans were ruined. I'm canceling my Best Buy card.

The staff at this Best Buy needs better training. I went in for a hard drive that the website said was in stock. The staff member said she thought they had some and went to the back. After waiting half an hour, I left. She was then at the register and said she forgot about me and then admitted she also forgot to check for the hard drive. Unbelievable!

Best Buy is okay for picking up in-stock items. But their delivery and installation services are a nightmare. I ordered an appliance and scheduled delivery and installation. They guaranteed it was in stock. I wasted half a day waiting, only to get a text 30 minutes before saying the appointment was canceled. After rescheduling, the same thing happened again. They gave me different excuses each time. When I demanded a refund, the manager was unhelpful and offered me another installation date a month out! And they said it could take 15 days to get my refund. Terrible service.

The cashier at this Best Buy was incredibly rude. He just gestured at me without saying a word when it was my turn. He didn't say "hi," "thank you," or "have a good day." He just told me the price. Then, after I paid, he yelled "next in line." It was a really unpleasant experience.
