Customer interaction at this location feels more like the local Walmart. I stood in the computers and tablets section for an hour yesterday without anyone acknowledging me. The associates just walked by without making eye contact. I got better customer service using AI on my phone while I stood there. You would think someone looking for help with $1000+ merchandise would get more attention from the employees. I left without buying anything.
I was absolutely amazed at the customer service at this location. I’ve never really asked for help but I’m really glad I did! They helped with what I needed and more, were super attentive and quick. I know where I’ll get my upcoming appliances next time I need something! Thank you
Went to buy surface pro with pen. Asked for both and was asked if I wanted the keyboard. I wanted only the pen at this time. Sold me both without telling me that I would need the pen charger or keyboard for the pen to work, I would have bought the charger. Long story short, I had to wait a week to really use the computer as I live an hour away from the nearest bestbuy. Great computer though
I recently ordered a TV lift cabinet through Best Buy's webpage. The cabinet works well, but Best Buy did nothing but lie to me the entire time. Starting right when I purchased the thing, I was told it would arrive November 27th (the day before thanksgiving). Lie #1. On November 27th, I received a message about tracking for my cabinet. The tracking indicated that it was at an airport across the country and did not say when the furniture would arrive, but it looked like it was not going to be the same day. I tried chatting with a Best Buy agent and they assured me the item was in stock and I would get it later that day. Lie #2. On November 29th, I tried following up to ask why I had been lied to and when Best Buy would be able to ship the item to me. The chat agent offered to transfer me to someone else who could answer my question and then ghosted me. I stayed on chat for 2 more hours without a single response from Best Buy. I reached out to chat support again later in the evening on November 29th and the agent could not tell me when I was supposed to get my item. However, they told me I would get an email in 3 days telling me when I would get the item. Three days came and went and I did not receive an email from Best Buy. Lie #3. The only person who told me the truth about the whole deal was the shipping person who called me to tell me he was ready to deliver the product. He called me Tuesday December 3rd to ask when he could make the delivery. Because there was NO ADVANCED COMMUNICATION, no one was home and I had to wait until Wednesday December 4th to get my item. And to put a little cherry on all of this, I left a review on Best Buy's website and they have neglected to post it.
Went in there to buy a cable for some storage this young man was helping me out and I kept referring to his name but he wanted me to call him “the log” which I thought was odd, he also kept asking me if I knew any good goblin hunting spots, very strange guy but overall very helpful.
