Batteries Plus Phone Repair

Somehow managed to turn a barely cracked screen into a completely broken phone, then tried to make me wait a week and a half for parts. Customer service was nice but if you actually want your phone fixed hit up NoCo cell repair!

Had my screen replaced under warranty. Got my phone back and now the rear cover is falling off. Was told my battery was getting replaced as part of the package but my battery is just as bad today as it was, so I would place money that it didn't get changed. Very disappointed that I now have to drop my device back off at a different location to have to fix the fix.

I love my new screen!! This thing was installed perfectly and in pristine condition! They even put the liquid glass on perfectly! Thank you guys! I'm a happy customer!!
