I have been a customer here for many years and I come back for many reasons. 1. Good Customer Service. I have met a variety of employees and all have been helpful and professional and never leave you feeling talked down to or stupid (as is the case at most of the auto places in town). 2. Great products and good prices. Hint- purchase online for extra discounts, then pick up in store!) 3.Go here for you vehicle batteries and they will install it for free and recycle it, which includes a rebate of $18 or so for turning the old battery into them. You can also conveniently schedule this when you buy the battery online for a discount. 4. Super selection in store and they can always help you order in things not in stock. Finding those odd batteries and bulbs here is easy, not a pain at all. I sometimes forget to go here before trying somewhere like a big box store that just has section for bulbs and batteries.

The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because no star wasn’t an option, I had an appointment at 11:00 to get a new key fob and we waited around for 20 minutes after and was told the tech over slept and to come back later. Very unreliable and rude.

Fast, friendly service. Changed out my swollen iPhone battery in about an hour. Will definitely be back.

I don't know why but they refused to sell me watch batteries. Must have wanted me to pay for their service. Anyways. You can find everything they offer for much cheaper anywhere else. Save your money. They don't want it anyway.

I phoned a couple of times, and they were very helpful and pleasant. In person they were the same. I had purchased a battery online and found a coupon to use. When I got there, I found out I had purchased the wrong battery for my car. We had to switch to another, and they transferred the coupon over to the 2nd battery.
