Batteries Plus

The staff are incredible kind, understanding, and helpful! I went in to get a diagnosis for my 5+ year old Samsung phone that wouldn't turn on, and they told me exactly what the problem was and what battery I needed to order, and that I could bring it in to have them put it all back together. They didn't even charge for the diagnosis! They haven't even repaired my phone yet and they've already earned 5 stars, especially thanks to Armando. Out of all the tech repair places I've been to in Boulder, this is by far the best. None of the usual condescending or scammy attitude that so many of them seem to have.

Great experience across the board. I had Caleb helping me out and he was super communicative explained the process well. He did a great job laying out expectations of the repair for my front and back phone screen. It was quick and easy. Great customer service and repair, quality experience.

If I could give more stars I would. I had 40 years of unused flashlights and in 30 mins they cleaned them and tested them at no charge. I now have a bag full of useable flashlights I can donate to the shelter. Win-win-win!!!! So grateful they were so helpful.

Fantastic experience At batteries plus. One man working and totally multi tasking with 4 other walk in people. He made everyone feel like they were being taken care of in a timely manner!

The worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life on a product I bought with a 48 month warranty & the manager not willing to replace both my batteries after only owning them for less than 2 years. He did not even know how to correctly do a load test & isolate 1 battery to test it correctly. I had to call my mechanic to explain to him how to do a load test
