I was able to pick up a battery when my car’s original battery suddenly had stopped working on a Sunday morning. Not only could I save money by making the purchase online, but I was able to pick it up almost immediately. The staff on a Sunday morning was extremely helpful and understanding and able to get me taken care of quickly. When I returned Monday to get my core deposit back I was just as impressed with the Monday staff. Before you pay too much at a neighborhood auto parts store, go check out your local Batteries Plus.

The tech I worked with was honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I walked in thinking I needed to buy a new car battery, but through testing and troubleshooting, we deduced that it was a dead fob and a security lockout. Instead of making a more expensive sale, he made a customer for life. Thanks!

Do not go here for iPhone screen replacements. They tried to use a cheaper screen with a worse refresh rate. They use aftermarket parts (which are worse) and charge the same amount that Apple would to replace your phone screen with genuine Apple parts. They did however do the repair fast and offered me a refund when I did not accept the quality.

I highly recommend Bulbs and Batteries store in Fort Collins, Colorado. The sales team is very knowledgeable and are extremely ethical. I thought that I needed a new battery for my iPhone since it wasn’t charging properly. The salesman asked me several questions and said he thought we needed to first clean the charging port. He showed me a thin, small piece of plastic sticking to the charging port opening that I saw him remove. Then he cleaned the charging port and the phone case. Voila, when he tried to charge the phone, it took the charge! I also thought my phone had a cracked screen . He said he thought it was the tempered glass overlay on the screen. So I asked him to replace it. He was correct and my iPhone now looks and acts brand new. It is holding a charge. He was so honest and kind. He didn’t charge me for cleaning out my charging port either. You won’t be disappointed selecting this Bulbs and Batteries store to purchase items or get repairs!!!

I went here after i was ignored by JJ Mobile Solutions. I had attempted to DIY my iPhone battery replacement, but found out the cheap tools i had were not doing the trick. These guys had no problem rescuing me, and didn’t mind that I’d already cracked open my phone. They replaced my iPhone 12 battery in like 45 minutes. Very friendly staff.
