Worst service ever.. worthless employees just standing around doing nothing instead of working helping their customers

I was here about a month ago to get a new battery. Originally I asked if there was somebody available to help me install it because I didn’t know what I was doing. The clerk said there was not and the manager interrupted and said that he’d be able to help me. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He asked me if I had any questions and walked me through step-by-step on how to do it in the future. I definitely recommend this location and the manager - I believe his name is Stephen -is an asset to their team .

Three people in here 2 not helping customers been at self check out for more then 5 mins like self checkout isn’t supposed to need cashiers right or what am I just dumb? Been here so long now my register reset it self. And no one has helped me im a younger female and like someone said before treated like I was the damn corona virus ain’t nobody even take a second look at me STANDING FOR AND EXTENDED AMOUNT OF TIME AT SELF CHECK OUT

That place has changed wow quick response and respectful and get you the right part. Thanks again AutoZone same as before the great service
