Shout out to Autotailor! Excellent customer service! Our VW's motor was toasted. My son brought it in, and Colin was compassionate and explained why he didn't feel good about "trying" to fix it. He wasn't going to take our money for something he knew wasn't worth it. Kind, friendly, and ethical mechanics are hard to find. Colin also helped us find a company to take the car for parts and even helped us remove the stereo. I give Colin and Autotailor 5 stars for integrity and excellence! Highly recommend!

I’ve taken 4 of my cars here (Porsche, Volvo, Lexus, Subaru) and always had great communication from Brent and Colin. Most recently, they troubleshot a difficult electrical/computer issue on my car and saved me from having to replace the computer, which would have cost thousands.

Wow, an amazing repair shop! I had already spent thousands trying to fix my Jeep. Collin and Brent listened to my frustrations. They knew it needed careful attention. Another mechanic wouldn't confirm what they did, so Autotailor had to go off current diagnostics. While they had our Jeep, they gave us a car to drive! No other shop has offered that. Autotailor cares about clients and tries to keep repairs affordable. I call Brent and Collin with all my questions now.
