Autotailor

Shout out to Autotailor! Excellent customer service! We had the unfortunate situation where our VW's motor ended up being completely toasted. My son, brought it in for us as he was using the vehicle in Greeley, but we leave in Wyoming. Colin was massively compassionate for our situation and felt compelled to explain how he ethically didn't feel good about "trying" to fix this situation. Basically, he wasn't going to just take our money to work on something he knew wasn't worth it. Having auto mechanics who are kind, friendly and ethical are often hard to find. Additionally, Colin helped us find a company that would give us the best offer on the vehicle to be used for parts and would come and get it. There was a lot of facilitating things as we were out of state and we also wanted to remove the car stereo to save. Though I can't speak for actual work done on the vehicle. I am giving Colin and Autotailor 5 Starts for Integrity and a high standard of excellence! Thank you Colin and Team Autotailor! I highly recommend!

I’ve taken 4 of my cars here, (Porsche, Volvo, Lexus, Subaru) and always had great communication from Brent and Colin. Most recently they were able to troubleshoot and figure out a difficult electrical/computer issue on my car and save me from having to replace the computer which would have cost thousands of dollars and been much easier repair for the shop to complete.

Wow an amazing repair shop. When I first went into Auto tailor I had already spent thousands of dollars in repairs trying to get my Jeep fixed. Collin and Brent listened to my frustrations. They knew this was a situation that needed careful caution. The jeep had work done by another mechanic who would not confirm everything he did, so Autotailor team had to go off current diagnostics. During the weeks they had our Jeep they gave us a car to drive. No other mechanics shop has offered that. Autotailor care about their clients and do their best not to make repairs cost an arm and a leg. I call Brent and Collin for all my questions now.

Working with Autotailor was such a breeze. My car was towed here by recommendation from AAA. Collin was able to give me a full run down of what the problem was as well as other non-related issues. His professionalism was just fantastic as well as his transparency on costs and labor requirements. I trusted these guys and they pulled through and never pressured me to make unnecessary services to my car. I would absolutely go back again.

Very professional folks, with good people skills. Excellent communication with me as they figured out what needed to be done, and gave me the truth about what needed to be done now, what didn’t need to be done and what needed to be done later. Workmanship was quality and timely, which is hard to find these days! Trustworthy!
