They overcharged me. $130 for an oil change on a 2006 Subaru. Tried to charge me over $700 for breaks. If I had a newer vehicle I could see why it would cost a lot but the car was old and I was told it’s easy to work on.

I bought a fixer-upper. I called around Lafayette to find a shop that could check over my vehicle and let me know what needed to be fixed. In particular, I wanted to know if the powertrain was in good shape before the 3 business days after purchase so I could return it (lemon laws). I knew that one test could be a compression test. So I inquired about that as I was calling around. Shops wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars for the check over and compression test. When I called Automotive Diagnostic Solutions, they informed that a compression test was unnecessary because modern cars check that as part of the routine computer diagnosis when you run the vehicle. If it were a problem then the 'check engine' light would come on and a code would be available to indicate this problem without doing a separate compression test. And, for $75 they checked over my vehicle. At this point they've repaired the problems that they found with my vehicle. The solid competence and reasonable pricing have characterized my whole experience with Automotive Diagnostic Solutions. Skip the other shops and take your car here!

They replaced the dry rotted fuel hose on my fuel tank that was leaking. Great work and no more leaks. Very happy with this repair and so nice to have a local business to help me out. Thank you!

Paul is a super nice guy and super helpful. He helped with my Vehicle. He took a test drive and figured the problem and he fixed my vehicle. The other guy is also very nice and friendly too. I recommend this auto shop to everyone. This is not the first time that they helped me. We’re new in Colorado but I found the best people at this auto shop.

Paul is fantastic, I had an emergency the day after Thanksgiving on my ‘17 GMC Canyon, Paul answered the call on his day off and made space to have the truck towed. He even came in on Sat to troubleshoot. Great service & an owner who goes out of his way for his customers. Highly recommend.
