Customer Reviews
I arrived before the store opened. The Apple representative addressed two customers who walked into the store after me, before me even though I was standing next to him. Then, he showed no interested in understanding my issue and helping me. My request was a simple phone reset so I can use an old phone to view our babies on their baby cameras. Eventually, he offered to schedule a technician appointment an hour from then. So disrespectful and callous. Apple, you are better than this.
Very rude staff. Treating customers as if they are giving away for free. Staff won’t change, their managers are worse than them. I like iPhones but apple customer no service is rock bottom. Buying online next time. I bought two phones and left the store depressed due to the attitude of staff.
Charged $848 to fix the screen on a MacBook Pro bought 2 years ago. Display stopped working… no water or physical damage. Was offered $150 for trade in value for a computer that was purchased for $3200 in 2022. Horrible company with horrible service.
Genius Bar is genuinely stupid and lazy. I brought in my 2012 MacBook Pro that I've had since new. It would not power on or anything. They looked at it for maybe two minutes, tried a different power supply and said they didn't know what was wrong with it. I took it home, took off that back cover and saw that there was water. My teenager confessed that he spilled water on it and was afraid to say so. The point is that they didn't even try to make any sort of reasonable effort. All they had to do was take literally two minutes to pop off the cover in the back and they would've seen the water. It's essentially like bringing your car into the mechanic and he/she doesn't pop open the hood to even make a relative attempt to diagnose the car. What a joke, Apple. I dear the manager take ownership.
Had such a phenomenal experience today at the Genius bar with Brad & the 29th St. Apple Store manager (Franklin/Frederick... so sorry, I already blanked on your name!). They were truly amazing and went above and beyond to solve a tricky issue I'd be dealing with on my '23 Mac Studio for months. Feel super grateful for their help & assistance. Thank you both!
