What a wonderful visit! I came in to a scheduled appointment at the Genius Bar for my incredibly old Mac. Christian was able to help me and the service was so fast and polite! He was very knowledgeable and able to help me with my issue! I then went to upgrade my phone and was connected with Steve! Steve was so incredibly phenomenal!! He was friendly, helpful and so knowledgeable about Apple Intelligence, new upgrades and more! He helped me find a phone I loved (even helped me pick a color!), and he walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions! I then got to work with Christian (a different Christian than the one at the Genius Bar, he is blonde). He was able to help me get my phone number connected after an issue with Verizon. He and a few other team members were so fast to help, trouble shoot and problem solve! Everyone had so much patience and were very helpful. I don't upgrade my Apple items too often, but I might now knowing there is such a strong team there to help me! Thank you everyone! :)

What a disappointing visit to this store. We arrived to look at Series 10 watches, and were told someone would be right with us. The store was quiet, so my wife started deciding what she wanted. A few other people showed up and started looking at watches. Then another person showed up, who got service from an associate. We asked if any of the 7 employees standing near the checkout could help us, and we were ignored. At this point there were a dozen people looking at watches, all who arrived after us. I walked over and asked at the checkout if anyone could help us, and was met with shrugged shoulders. 30 minutes had passed since we arrived, and not a single person was helpful. So we drove across the street to Best Buy and bought the watch she wanted there in 10 minutes, at a store that respects people's time.

Worst Apple Store I’ve ever been to. I went to get a replacement phone because it’s broken but yet they wanted to replace just the glass when the battery is severely overheating and then they wanted me to call to get a replacement and put $1000 down which is ridiculous because I have insurance what is the use of insurance with Apple Do not waste your time going to this Apple Store. It is a waste of time and a waste of money.

Want to talk about some amazing customer service, her name is Lindsey. She went above and beyond to help me fix my phone. Lindsey was a breath of fresh air, her friendly demeanor, her can do attitude and overall helping hand was so refreshing.

I traded in my previous model iPhone to upgrade to the iPhone 15. The sales associate said I was receiving a $344 credit toward the new phone. I later find out I was charged $344. I spoke to the store a few weeks later and they stated I was only given a $180 credit for the phone and that the sales associate did not understand. In my opinion, good business would have been to honor what I was told when I made the deal with the associate but instead I was basically told I was out of luck. Frustrating as I would not have traded in my phone knowing I was getting such a low amount. I feel scammed.
