I am beyond impressed with the service here. My old computer finally died and they spent several days trying to get it working again. When everything failed they set me up with a refurbished computer, better than my previous one, and still containing all my old data. Thank you Robert and everyone else, I’ll definitely be back for any other computer needs.

The owner (Jeff) actually came to my house to evaluate my system. He recommended I bring the system to his shop to provide better quality care. Replaced two case fans and added 4T ssd. The actual technician (Robert) had the work done in less than a day. My system is working better than it has for years. Outstanding work! Thank you

A good experience all around. They found the problem the same day and then gave me options on how to fix it. The price was decent and in the end they gave me more helpful information.

Robert was so accommodating on my broken computer… he worked in finding the parts and moved all my data flawlessly over.. Highly recommend!

We signed up for Pulse like at least 8 other people Jeff has needed to help. We called Pulse because our TV kept just going round and round on the picture and their Tech Support did some tweeking online. It messed our computer up and Pulse isn't taking responsibility for it. Jeff did a great job figuring out how to fix Pulses problems.
