Action Computers

Action computers was amazing. 100% helpful. The things they did not carry they referred another local business in the area. They had an amazing sale going on when I was there monitors were only $59.99. They had gaming mouse and keyboard, computer stands, cables, cords, laptops, computers, accessories of all kinds. They stop to tell you and explain the different options. Even took my name and number or something I was looking for but they didn’t have on them at the time in the warehouse was closed. Three days later they called to let me know they had what I requested. So the follow up was also top-notch. Thank you for the community support, help and for being one of the better small businesses I’ve been to.

I went in 11/5 to have windows 10 installed and they told me a website to go to to install it myself. Great service and appreciated not having to pay to get the situation corrected. Great service

I do not know who runs this company but really?!! I found there website and found a pc tablet Dell Venue pro that would have been great for my daughter. It showed 3 different versions and 23 in stock. So I drove to the Arvada Location showed the young man what I wanted, he looked at me and said "I don't know if we have any". I asked him "I will take any version, and had to ask him if he would at least check for me?" He walked into the back came out and said yeah we have them, but no charge cables so there are not for sale. Your system seems to be a bit flawed and customer service was very bad. I apologize I had to ask the young man to check for me, I didn't mean to put him out, or interrupt whatever he was doing before I walked in.

This is the only computer store my husband and son will do business with, and they've done a lot with Action. Sometimes I accompany them and I think the staff there is very friendly and helpful. The only thing I ever had go wrong with them is that I brought my laptop in for repair and they misdiagnosed the problem. I e-mailed them about it, like, a month or two later, just to let them know what had happened, and they immediately refunded my money in full, which was a pleasant surprise to me. I was expecting they might argue with me or blow me off, but they made good on the situation and I was very impressed. I would recommend everyone to this place.

I am so impressed by what Dusty and Chris know and their ability to help me, who has little understanding of the real workings of a computer. I needed help on my old, unsupported Outlook. They got it working for me in less that 30 minutes after I had spent days trying! Their cost is very reasonable as well. I will be back for any computer issues or needs I have in the future. We have purchased a computer here in the past and been pleased with it too.
