Wonderful customer service! I came in last minute not realizing they closed at eight, to buy a few paint brushes and stir sticks. The staff was very helpful and not pushy. Thank you for your help and for not turning me away!

Sat. Morning. 9:30am. 4 people working. Not busy wats so ever. No hello. No help just talking n joking around. Couldn't find what I wanted n no one helped. The only reason I go because I live 2 blocks away. I'll have be less lazy n go to my local home Depot. They say hello n ask if u need help.

I was ordering a grill online from Ace because they had the best price on it. Store Pickup was grayed out as an option, only choice was ship home for a cool $267. Decided to call the store to verify. Nice customer service rep Clint said he could order the grill for me, AND, they offer free local delivery and assembly! Instantly sold, now that’s what I call customer service!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. It is a great go to everything store in Frederick area. Highly recommended
