They matched competitors’ prices without any hassle and even helped me register my products with STIHL. It’s clear they value customer satisfaction and take pride in their service. Amazing customer service here. Garret was outstanding. He lead his team to victory for delivering me a grill that’s was supposed to be at his store yet it wasn’t. He made sure i was in the loop with what he had been accomplishing. He gave me a time from between 3-4. I got a phone call at right around 3. He helped me load it into my truck and made sure I had everything I needed. Excellent ACE hardware and AMAZING customer service every time at this ACE.

Went to exchange a common flathead craftsman screwdriver. First employee didn't know you could do that so had to call someone else. Second employee wanted to know if I had a receipt which this screwdriver is over 30 years old so of course they knew I didn't have a receipt. He then asked me if I bought it from the store here Greeley and I said no. Then had to call a manager and the manager told me that craftsman no longer does exchanges in the store. So I left and went to Lowes to exchange the screwdriver and they did it promptly no problem. Thank you Lowes for solving the issue! Felt like the manager just didn't want to help me or let his staff know the proper procedures for warranty exchanges.

I know they might be a little more than the home depot or lowes, but they are the best at knowing their store and the products they sell. Most even have good knowledge on home repairs that can help you decide how to approach your needs. And this location is never dropped the ball once in all my numerous visits. You pay for quality and service.

Love this place, everyone in this location is so nice and helpful. Very welcoming and homie.
