I was impressed with how quickly they diagnosed and fixed my car. The mechanic was open and honest about the issue. The repairs were done in about an an hour, and the price was reasonable. I wasn't able to get a diagnostic estimate over the phone, which was a little frustrating. Also, the almost 4% charge for using a card was a bit much. Overall, it was a great experience – the staff was nice, the price was fair, and the work was efficient.

Amazing service! The oil drain pan bolt on my truck was seized. I dropped it off on Monday for a Tuesday appointment, but they had it completely finished (bolt replaced and oil changed) on Monday! The price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend Accelerated Auto!

My car is running cooler now. It feels a little slower than my wife's Kia, but that's probably just the new timing belt. I wasn't thrilled about the $80+ charge for using my credit card. Who has $2,500 cash these days? Glad to have my car back, and I'll probably be back when something else breaks.

This used to be my go-to mechanic. I called the number I'd used before, and they answered "Accelerated Automotive." I asked to reschedule, and they put me on hold. When they came back, they asked if I'd ever been to their auto body shop. I asked if this was Accelerated Auto, and they said no. I apologized and called the number I found online, which also answered as the auto body shop. I called the same number again later and got an answering machine that said, "Thank you for calling Accelerated Automotive." It's confusing.
