AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electric

AAA - I just placed a service call too AAA plumbing. Simple job to replace small gate water valve with a ball water valve. Line feeds a small water line that we use in the summer on our outside deck. The valve is located inside, easily accessible. I’m disabled now but know that this is a 20 minute job and can buy a new valve at Home Depot for $25. It’s a simple swap out with a torch. But the estimate from AAA was $797!!!. Actually quoted me $220 on the part for the valve. Additionally there was a service call charge. When I looked at the technician to see if he was serious - I was told he was licensed, the work guaranteed - and other ridiculous things. Called and left a message for the area manager but was never called back. There is something very wrong here - please beware of using this company. …. Update … Do yourself a favor and skip AAA plumbing - my experience - their quote a difference between $800 and $125 for a very simple job. Do yourself a favor and avoid AAA Plumbing like the plague!!!! Update …. Just had job completed by another company … took 20 minutes and cost $125 … nowhere near the $800 quoted by AAA. This company, AAA, and it's people were great. The work was explained to me completely before it was started so I would see the need for it but also it's benefits. I was reluctant initially but felt confident in the person's ability to judge what was necessary to get done. Everyone was professional but also personal. We had some plumbing work done through AAA several years ago but this was our first time with an electrician. Thanks to them, I can hopefully get a good night of rest without a smoke alarm chirping!

Anthony L was awesome! He was polite and respectful of our house and time, was quick and thorough, and answered all my questions, which we really appreciated. He was also wonderful with our sweet pup who demands all attention. Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs work done! Will request again in the future if possible. Thanks again!

Could not recommend more highly!!!! Absolutely awesome customer service, responsiveness, and compassion from AAA Plumbing, and Tyler in particular. AAA Plumbing responded very promptly to a call to help address a burst pipe in my mother's basement. Within 30 minutes, Tyler was at my mom's home, quickly and thoroughly troubleshooting. He quickly identified a minor issue and fixed it on the spot. He also provided a holistic evaluation of a couple of plumbing issues, offering a reasonable quote appropriate for the condition of the home. After further consideration, I declined to have AAA complete the work; the awesome folks at AAA followed up to ensure I had not had any issues with the quality of work. Explaining the anticipated redevelopment of the property, the AAA reps agreed that it made sense to not complete the work. I was truly impressed with the integrity or the AAA reps who could have pressed for the sale but did not do so; they respected and supported my decision given the circumstances. I am incredibly grateful to Tyler and the entire AAA team and highly recommend them as an company with uncharacteristic integrity.

Adam, Mike V. and Sarah are the best of the best. From the first call to the last call everything was AMAZING! Great customer service and great prices! We had the installation done the next day. The technician, Dahlun and his assistant we're respectful, professional and took the time to make sure everything was working before they left.
