Take your newer gaming PCs elsewhere. If you just need a computer updated or need some software removed or managed, this guy is probably fine. But if you have a newer or higher end computer, or are having a more complex issue with very small parts, I DO NOT RECOMMEND using his service. Had and issue with my new gaming PC build not getting output to a monitor when turned on. I know a fair bit about computers, so when I couldn't figure out the problem I decided to have a professional look at it. It took him over a month to do anything with the computer, and only because I called him multiple times asking him to continue working on it. He never called me with any updates, and it seems as though he wouldn't have done anything meaningful if I hadn't called him and asked him to continue working on the computer. He was eventually able to tell me something was wrong with the CPU socket, but he couldn't tell what was wrong because his "magnifying glass wasn't good enough." He also didn't have any up-to-date CPUs to try in my computer to help trouble-shoot, and was not very aware of the recent advancements in computer tech, and seemed out of his depth when looking at my new computer. I was sick of the run-around and the timeline, so I picked up the computer and was charged $85 for sub-par service. Upon picking up the computer, he had put the CPU back in the damaged socket, which is a huge no-no as I could have caused more damage. He also did not re-attach the cooler fan, and just put the screws loose in the computer case, and I still have not found them. Upon getting the computer home, I was able to take the CPU out and use a magnifying glass and see exactly what was wrong with the CPU socket (it had a bent pin). A good computer technician in 2025 should be able to identify a bent CPU socket pin, and be able to determine if it can be bent back into place. He could do neither. Maybe he was a good computer tech a few years a go, but times have changed, and it doesn't seem like he's keeping up. Do not go to him if you have a newer/higher end PC. Only gave him two stars because he was able to point me in the direction of what my issue might be. Edit for the owner: I did not feel like discussing the price with you, as I know you needed at least some compensation for your time and just wanted my computer back. Additionally, I had not realized the extent of the sub-par service until I had gotten home and opened my computer, and at that point I had already paid you. At this point I am just gonna write it off, and want no further contact with you.

I had Warren come to my Home and he updated my computer. I was very happy with the service and price and will call him for anything computer related in the future. very happy!

My laptop stopped charging on Saturday and Warren was able to look at it and get it fixed by Sunday! He was very friendly and reliable. I will definitely be using him in the future for any computer repairs.

I am not good with computers and I recently found myself in a really bad spot with my laptop. I had put myself in a position where I was in danger of losing all my documents due to my own negligence. The situation was complex and honestly looked bad. But Warren saved my butt today. I can’t say enough good things about how hard he worked and the good results. I would trust Warren with any computer problem.
